Evron Cetiga Indonesia is situated on a 3,150-square-meter plot, with a production facility area of 1,560 square meters and a production capacity of up to 11 million liters per year. The Evron Cetiga Indonesia production site is accredited with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
The Demineralized Water Production Facility (RO Water) is integrated within the production area with a high production capacity. It is equipped with two 42,000-liter stainless steel 316 storage tanks, and the output of demineralized water meets the minimum standard level of ASTM D3306.
Blending Unit tank is designed with full stainless steel 316 for a production capacity of 10,000 liters per batch, with a minimum production capacity of 2,000 liters per batch. The blending process is carried out in an integrated and closed automatic system into the blending tank.
The Filling Unit is equipped with a 63,000-liter storage tank. The filling process is carried out on dedicated lines for each product and includes controlled cleaning processes during product changeovers. It can handle filling processes for 1,000-liter IBCs, 200/205-liter drums, jerrycans, and gallon sizes.
The laboratory is equipped with standard high-precision equipment that meets the minimum ASTM system requirements. Every product result undergoes a Quality Control process in the laboratory before being released or marketed.
